Mindful Self-Compassion With Marianna
Blue Wren Psychology is all about EMPOWERING PEOPLE with the psychological and mindfulness-based tools they need to assist them in their life journey.
This website focuses on training courses. At the moment I am conducting the Mindful Self Compassion 8-Week course, the Self Compassion in Nature Retreat – 5 Days, the Mindful Self- Compassion For Professionals – 4.5 Days, the Mindful Self Compassion Short Course for adults, and also the Mindful Self Compassion for Care Givers and Children 5-11 years 6-week course.
I am a Clinical Psychologist, Mindful Self-Compassion Qualified Teacher and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
All individual consults are through local GP referrals only.
As well as my own courses, I am working with a wonderful mentor and friend Marie Bloomfield (A Clinical Psychologist and one of the first in Australia to introduce compassion-based therapies and workshops).
Marie and I are running professional Mindful Self-Compassion Retreats together.
You may be wondering why the Blue Wren?
When I see it, the Blue Wren makes me smile and always seems to be enjoying the present moment. It acts as reminder to check in with myself and helps to ground me! Look forward to meeting you!
